All purchases are one-time charges. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals; you will not be billed again unless you place a new order.

Refunds and returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order, on opened or unopened items. Email care@primelifeoptical.com or call 866-206-5320 for a free return authorization — no restocking or RMA fees. Defective, damaged, or wrong items: we pay return postage or send a free replacement. Change of mind: you pay return postage. Refunds go to your original card within 5 business days of receiving the return. See the Refund Policy and Return Policy.
Shipping and cancellation
Orders are processed within 1 business day and ship from Las Vegas, NV via USPS First Class. Delivery takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Free U.S. shipping; tracking is emailed. To cancel before shipment, email, call, or use the contact form. There is no cancellation fee. After shipment, use the 30-day refund. See Shipping and Cancellation.

Eyewear and accessories are not medical devices and do not replace an eye exam.
Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in Clark County, Nevada, or by phone/video at your choice. This does not limit your right to contact your card issuer.

Governing law
